This recording is a short guided "moment of mindful connection to the Earth" (1,5 mins) you can use to center and connect at the beginning of your meetings, in particular in challenging environments such as COPs (Conference of the Parties, eg for the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, or Convention on Biodiversity).
