What's the funniest thing you have forgotten at a competition? Lou's one is pretty epic when she took the wrong horse to a show! Liz, Lou and Liz share their own preparation tips including making sure you have put in the training at home so you can go in full of confidence and knowing you deserve to be there, how to plan with plenty of time to spare (Liz S not Liz D!), tips to help manage those pesky nerves beforehand and how to navigate the warm up, and the importance of making sure you avoid those 'Negative Nancys' and take along someone to cheerlead and support rather than make you feel rubbish.
