We start to really wonder: Who am I? Who am I really? Remembering that energy cannot be created nor destroyed; when we depress the energy of feeling- the feelings are not going anywhere. Think of a volcano being dormant and then one day exploding. It’s unpredictable, damaging and could cause havoc- yet we live in this state of fear and paranoia tiptoeing on eggshells wondering when the emotional volcano will decide to erupt ever so disproportionately. The body has a wisdom that simply does not forget. Now,  we can either have control over when we exercise these emotions that allow us to experience ourselves on deeper levels- or our emotions can control us- unpredictably.
