Hailey has served the community as a Realtor for over 7 years. Hailey’s experience and knowledge of the industry has aided many in accomplishing their goals and dreams of owning a home or selling a home. Growing up in Illinois, Hailey was part of the award winning USA speed skating team. This background has formed a goal orientated and driven character in her that continues to aid her in providing the same award winning service to her clients.

Hailey’s real estate career started in MD & PA as a buyers agent on a team and grew to eventually running her own real estate team. Over the years she relocated her business to her hometown in IL with her husband Tyler and 4 month old son Cameron. Hailey now serves as the Chief Productivity Officer in Barrington IL helping over 50 agents either start their real estate business, or grow their real estate teams, all while creating businesses worth owning and lives worth living.
