Operator 83 is a radio operator working alone in Limbo. Stationed at a remote outpost beneath a constant drizzle of radio static, he monitors the scruffy airwaves and files reports to an unanswering HQ.These reports contain weird and wonderful fragments of life in Limbo — both on the airwaves and within the outpost itself.
