Recently I went through a Capitol B "BIG" change... buying my first home. Big changes can bring up a lot of nervous system responses-- they can leave us wanting to flee, hide or pretend they aren't happening at all, even if we were the reason the change was set into motion in the first place. This week we are going to talk about how to hold ourselves through those changes, big or small... but in my case? VERY big.
