So the holiday season is upon us again, and I don't know about you, but getting customers into the showroom sometimes seems like the biggest challenge from mid-November through New Year's. In this episode, I talk about the importance of planning your annual in-store promotions and events in order to keep a continual flow of "feet in the door" to support your lighting showroom, even during historically slower seasons. I also share several ideas for generating foot traffic that have worked for other independent lighting retailers.
