So we’ve all been triggered before. I’ve even been triggered recently. But what does it mean to be triggered and how can we heal from it? By being triggered, what is it calling us to examine about ourselves? What can we learn from it? In this episode, I discuss my recent experience with being triggered and how I learned from it. By being non-reactive and examining the emotions behind it, we can better understand ourselves and learn to live life more peacefully.
