Knee pain is one of the most common complaints I see in patients. Why? It’s often an overuse injury, sudden injury (such as a torn ACL or meniscus), or an underlying condition like arthritis. As a result people end up “dealing with” the pain, swelling and stiffness for years on end!

Luckily, it doesn’t have to be that way. One of the reasons that I’ve won several National Gold Medals in ice skating is thanks to some powerful phototherapy patches I began using to help me increase energy, focus and reduce pain.
