Joy may seem elusive (especially in these last two years), but it is our natural state. Yes, love, joy, health and abundance are our natural state. Anything outside of that shows where we are out of alignment. The biggest veils with joy come from forgetting we can ask for help (from the unseen in the form of our angels & guides), to not take things at face value (see them from a higher perspective), and to re-remember that the Universe wants us here, is sooooo extremely abundant, is benevolent not malevolent, and that everything we want is downstream. Yes, everything :). I hope this episode will inspire you, lift your spirit and maybe even encourage you to wear fun colors and prints, jump in puddles, and start saying “ta da” after tying your shoes (even if you live alone... or are an adult :).
