Incline sprints 4 days in a row with weight and calisthenic training. Then I added an almost 12-mile ruck carrying a 30lb rucksack through hills. Preparing for this event is making do things I haven't done before and made me find and stretch my boundaries. Remember... be your own inspiration whether you're running a 5k or 100 miles.
