Listen "Texas Secures a Win for LIFE"
Episode Synopsis
Texas, Attorney General Ken Paxton has won a major appellate court victory for life—and for truth. Paxton sued Yelp, alleging the online review giant had violated Texas's Deceptive Trade Practices Act by placing misleading warnings and disclaimers to pro-life resource centers on its website and app. One disclaimer alleged that PRCs “may not have licensed medical professionals onsite" a claim which is often untrue. These centers offer free, compassionate help to women in crisis, yet they’ve been under relentless attack from the abortion industry and its supporters. If women in crisis are steered away from the help and love offered at pregnancy resource centers, they will be ushered through the doors of a Planned Parenthood to kill their unborn child.
