Day one of my second 5 @ 5 challenge. At the end of my practice commitment and loyalty spoke to me. We all want others to be loyal and committed to us. But are we practicing what we are preaching? Are we not only loyal and committed to them but are we being just that for ourselves. We can not keep asking of others things that we are not even giving to ourselves first. Our actions need to start matching our words. Tune in for some organic mental flow.
