He competed in three Olympic Games, winning Gold in the Lightweight Men’s Double Sculls at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and earning a Silver medal in 2012 in London. A two-time World Champion, Mark was awarded an MBE in 2009 for his contributions to rowing. After retiring in 2013, he became a Leadership and Performance consultant.
