On this episode, the boyz had on special guest Brad Pierce! Brad is an elite triathlete but he is currently training for the Chicago Marathon. He also happens to be a training partner of ours and has shared a lot of miles with Cheston throughout the block! Brad brings a unique perspective to his marathon training, which we discussed on this episode. While his weekly run mileage is fairly low, he is using other training methods to get a lot of his weekly aerobic work in. We also got to learn about what changes Brad made to go from average to high-level triathlete.We didn’t have Brad on just to talk about endurance sport though. Since high school, he has been starting businesses and learning a lot in the process.
