On this episode, the boys had on special guest Adam Wood! Adam is a content creator, 2:18 marathoner and 1:06 half marathoner. He came on at a great time because he just finished the Valencia Marathon in December in 2:20 and we were also able to reflect on 2024 as a whole. A few other topics we covered were the current state of the NCAA, the running community in Provo, and being coached by Rory Linkletter!
