Today, we’re going to be working at "Getting Things Straight" when it comes to the church.  The fact is that we have been living through some rather turbulent times that we need to understand if we’re going to open our eyes to some compelling realities that influence where we are and where we’re going.  
This is an issue we have been circling around as we’ve been in our sermon series, "In Focus: Seeing the Mission Clearly." Along the way, we’ve been highlighting the fact that the world we’re living in and ministering in is not the same as it has been. Times have changed and today we want to start by identifying some of that change and then take a look at how we can respond so we can bring the mission and the future we need to pursue in focus.
