We just celebrated Independance Day here in America. The "reason for the season" was summed up long ago by Thomas Paine, one of the Founding Fathers and one though the power of word, roused the patriotism and revolutionary fervor. "These are the times that try men's souls..." are perhaps his most famous words. We will explore what he was speaking about.
President Biden's physical and mental shortcoming were put on full display during the recent presidential debate. Now, much of the Democrat establishment is ready to move on and proceed with another candidate for president. The problem they have is twofold-- How do you do it, and with whom do you replace him? The path of least resistance would be to replace Biden via 25A or force him to resign. That would leave us with a President Harris. Unfortunately, she's even less popular than the president. Biden and the Democrats are running out of time.
