I was in the corporate world my whole life, mostly in the roles of office manager to where I left my last employment as the director of operations. I needed to find something that was more fulfilling and gave me the time flexibility I needed to be available for my family. In 2023 I was introduced to Cindy who shared with me her businesses model that she has been successfully running for 16 years in SW Wisconsin. I was excited and nervous but knew this could be the right fit for me. Fast forward to early 2024 I quit my corporate job and started HomeTown Hug. Our first delivery was in June 2024 and since then we have delivered to almost 800 new homeowners. 60 new homeowners every month all throughout McHenry County. We are just shy of hitting 50 businesses that we represent.
