Orin Davis is a self-actualization engineer who runs the Quality of Life Laboratory, where he conducts research on the factors that enable people to do and be their best, including flow, creativity, hypnosis, and mentoring. In addition to advising EdTech and HRTech startups, he consults for companies from startups to multinationals on hiring strategies, culture, innovation, diversity/equity/inclusion, and employee well-being. Dr. Davis is a professor of creativity/innovation, entrepreneurship, business, and psychology, and gives workshops and lectures globally. Fun fact: Dr. Davis earned the first doctorate in positive psychology.
