Mental Health America reports 16.39% of youth (age 12-17) report suffering from at least one major depressive episode (MDE) in the past year. 11.5% of youth (over 2.7 million youth) are experiencing severe major depression. Over half (54.7%) of adults with a mental illness do not receive treatment, totaling over 28 million individuals. For Vin Infante a Licensed Psychotherapist, Executive Consultant, “Throughout my life I suffered with crippling anxiety, panic attacks and deep suicidal depression. I was living in a state of victimhood where all I saw was darkness.
When I finally realized what I was doing to myself by holding these beliefs, I began to create mental shifts. I started identifying how I can own more of my life and really lead myself. To become someone who created life instead of being dragged through it.

Professionally speaking I've worked in homeless shelters, in-patient units, out-patient, hospitals, clinics, department of education all as a therapist. I have my master’s degree and license for clinical social work. I also received my coaching certification training under Tony Robbins RMT training program. My total experience has been currently 13 years and counting.I speak a lot on the deeper psychological aspects of the subconscious mind and our deep-rooted internal programming.
