This podcast was put together with hopes of reaching out to pregnant women and giving them the education on how to hopefully avoid postpartum depression during and after their pregnancy. I am my no means a professional, but I have done a lot of research and have some knowledge on how to help you within this podcast. I also included a special guest, my mother, Tania Vance, to share her story with postpartum depression.
