Episode Synopsis
Join Emily as she recounts her journey and the lessons she learned around her health along the way. Emily explores and reflects on the lessons she's learned as she navigated her own journey in her late teens and early 20s and how they would have transformed her health had she known then. Emily empowers her audience to take these lessons with them along their own journey so they are able to get that much closer to healing.
Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is also working towards completing her Functional Nutrition Certification through MindBody Green. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life. Emily marries mindset with behavioral change in order to create the ultimate mind body connection and promote sustained change and a healthful balance within her work with clients.
