Emily is a Functional Nutrition Expert through MindBodyGreen and a Certified Pilates Instructor through AFPA. She is currently enrolled in the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition program, graduating in the summer of 2025.Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life.
