Do you know what the $1,000,000.00 question is? How, and then fill in the blank.  Seriously it is a question that gets asked over and over.  Think about it, we see someone who has lost a bunch of weight and the first thing we ask? “How did you do it?” Here’s what I know: the how is way less compelling than why they did it.
