Lessons in Livestock is authored by Dr. Celina Phillips, an animal science professor and animal nutritionist in northern California.  Topics covered will be basic nutrition principles and information pertaining to the management of youth livestock projects and general knowledge.  Episodes can be sporadic, due to Dr. Phillips full time career, but she develops episodes as time allows.
