Listen "LFMK - Start, Stop, Continue"
Episode Synopsis
Whatever age or place you are in life, "start, stop, continue" is a good way to reflect on who you are and where you want to go in life. It's suggested that you should review and think about 1) what should you start doing, 2) what should you stop doing, and 3) what should you continue to do. Starting something can be hard, yet many people begin each year with resolutions such as exercise or eating better. They decide to stop eating junk food and just sitting around after work. They may also decide they can continue to look for ways to be educated with ways to exercise in a limited amount of time, or how to cook smaller meals. Setting and achieving goals in life start with you. Only you know what you want to do. Reviewing your "start, stop, continue" a few times each year will help you to keep track of your goals and how you are working to attain them. Thank you for listening.
