What was supposed to be a sign of unity by a fractious DOJ and FBI leadership called together by Trump in the Oval Office turned into a dressing down of Bondi, Blanche, and Patel by Trump, who demanded that his former Special Counsel, Jack Smith, be indicted along with others in the former DOJ leadership. Michael Popok explains how Jack Smith’s first interview since being fired was well timed to coincide with Trump’s renewed campaign to have him indicted. In other words, “see you in Court.”
