Today we begin the first Sunday of Advent. On this Sunday of Hope we dive into a series of stories that explore other births in history that announced great hope and expectation and are a foreshadowing of the greatest birth of all, the birth of Jesus Christ.
 The anticipation of the coming of Christ. We re-enter the smaller story of the 1st century and the hundreds of stories over thousands of years leading up to the world’s need for a savior. Followed by God’s answer through the immaculate conception and miraculous birth of God entering our world to save us all and give us eternal life that begins here on this earth and continues in paradise/heaven.
