Johnny has spent the last 25 plus years as a stuntman in the film industry.  I met John as a Linebacker for the Concordia University Football team many moons ago, and our paths never crossed after he left the school. We re-discovered each other on Facebook and rekindled a friendship.  Johnny Mac was a hard-charging football player, intense and physical, and it’s no surprise to me that he made a career as a stuntman in the movies.  Movies like the Incredible Hulk, X-Men, White House Down, Total Recall, Man of Steel, and TV Series like DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Prison Break, and 12 monkeys are amongst his career credits. I thought his story, the physical demands of the business, and the balance of this macho career, and his role as a father which he cherishes deeply, would be an interesting journey to discuss.
