It’s going to be tedious, but it will open your eyes and allow you to be able to recognize the recurring problems and inefficiencies. If you’re a manager, you’ve got to delegate the tasks properly. You need to have full documentation and clarity on the instructions on how to do the task correctly from start to finish. By doing this, you could also empower your team so that they know exactly what to do.The only way to get consistent and controlled results is to fully document the instructions for a task. Doing this doesn’t only bring clarity to what the team member is supposed to do but it also helps them know what is expected of them.  "If you develop and then document the systems that make up what you do, what your team does, eventually, those problems aren't gonna be happening anymore because you're gonna be cutting out variability, you're gonna be cutting out waste in terms of time and materials." —  Josh Fonger  See Dean’s TedTalk “Why Business Needs Intuition” here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EEq9IYvgV7I Connect with Josh Fonger:  Website: https://wtsenterprises.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/workthesystemLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/joshfonger/  Connect with Dean:YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgqRK8GC8jBIFYPmECUCMkwWebsite: https://www.mfileadership.com/The Mission Statement E-Newsletter: https://www.mfileadership.com/blog/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/deannewlund/Twitter: https://twitter.com/deannewlundFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/MissionFacilitators/Email: [email protected]: 1-800-926-7370  Show notes by Podcastologist: Justine TallaAudio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions.
