Episode Synopsis "EPISODE 5: What happened to my leadership when tragedies visited me."
When the tragedies visited me in the last couple of weeks, I found myself really knocked down. The answers that I thought I had, suddenly disappeared. I found myself lacking the courage that I had been religiously talking about encouraging fellow human beings to have. When tragedies struck, I wanted to switch off every form of communication and just be with myself. I forgot what I had just said to my fellow human beings a few days before. I forgot all the positive feedback and messages of encouragement that I had received from those that had read my messages of encouragement. Now listen as I share how I draw strength to carry on from my mother's leadership qualities. I invite you to learn, share, and grow as you develop your leadership qualities.
