It's not always easy to discover our skills and talents in the workplace, and in life. The truth is though, we all have unique strengths, and it's important that we continue developing and evolving, instead of holding ourselves back. In today's episode, Holly Schor shares her story of becoming a leader with the Goodwill organization, and how the growth mindset has been vital for her along the way. She's been a key part in supporting a merger within the company, and she now manages a team of 400 people.   Holly is passionate about connecting people to the best positions for them, and helping them remove their self-imposed limits in life. Watching her father struggle for years with significant barriers, she has made it her mission to redefine how people connect to work. Since diving into her own growth mindset, Holly has continued to be reflective of her personal values on her journey. Gratefulness has greatly shaped Holly's life, and she now experiences a sense of freedom when it comes to her work and the people she works with. Holly knows the importance of developing and evolving as a leader, and she feels truly aligned as a whole person.   About Holly Schor: Holly Schor is the Vice President of Operations for the Goodwill of Monocacy Valley, serving Frederick and Carroll County. Holly has been with the Goodwill family since 2011, and joined the Frederick team in 2020 to support the merger between Goodwill of Monocacy Valley and Goodwill of Central and Northern AZ.
