What a beautiful season we are walking through as a body! Our faithful King is bringing us to a place of ever increasing and ongoing transformation and glory! “Old Provision” preached by Pastor Judah and brother Justin Treaster was a beautiful illustration of an age-old kingdom truth. Through the examination of scripture, and passages like 1 John 2, we learned that the old commands given to us live inside of us and are reborn as new commands as we mature enough to utilize and appreciate what we had already been given. It is through the sifting process and our joyful welcoming of it that we can rightly see the gifts that were already there - the Old Provisions come alive inside of us and become new again! We are not to look for something new as though our heavenly Father has not given us all we need, but rather to know that the provision from his hand has been with us all along, and in the sifting, it springs alive and serves as good as NEW! Let’s rejoice in the Old Provision that does not spoil, perish, or fade away but becomes new and alive inside of us!
