How do you read it? How we read the word determines if we live life based on giving the Lord what he wants or if we live our Christian life solely driven by what pleases us. The Tanakh instructs us not only about the family story, but about God's heart and what he wants to inherit. God will inherit his people Israel and as a result of their salvation, all the Gentiles that have been joined to Israel. We are learning to read the bible from the right end and come away with God's heart that inspires our daily actions.
