Why is it so hard for some to believe? I have found that there are two kinds of skeptics: those who say, “I can’t believe” and others who say, “I won’t believe.” Today we are going to meet two men who were very much in the second camp. In Acts 26 we have the record of Paul’s last court hearing before he is shipped off to Rome. Paul takes the opportunity to present a masterful defense of his Christian faith to Festus and Agrippa. Paul’s testimony is a stirring challenge to us of what to do, and what to expect when our faith is called to the witness stand.
