Ladies in Therapy is a new sub-series where Ana, Lynn, and Leanna reflect on topics they've explored during their individual mental health therapy sessions. With varying levels of experience with therapy, it's a chance for them to learn from each other and reflect -- it's part-informational, part-discussion, and ALL of the emotions that can come with working on yourself.
The first topic is boundaries: what are they, why you might need them, how to establish them, and the challenges of maintaining them. You'll also hear Ana, Lynn, and Leanna get real about their struggles as self-proclaimed people-pleasers, and what they've learned about setting healthy boundaries with the people they love most.
