In this episode today we will be diving into the slippery slope or "major dangers" of working out or working on our health and fitness ONLY and SOLELY to be thin and skinny. Becoming thin or achieving the benefits of working out being associated with outward appearance is not a BAD thing so to speak obviously those are blessings in the journey, but it becomes a huge red flag when the things I talk about in this episode are starting to occur and you realize "man, I'm just super focused on only being thin" and that's why I'm even on this journey. Remember the benefits of the workouts and the journey are not BAD! But we can't have them trump simply working out to serve & care for & honor the gift God's given us which is our temple.
