Kathleen Geiger was an elite athlete who starred at Temple in field hockey and lacrosse. Her lacrosse prowess led to her playing at the highest levels for the US team and earning the lofty honor of being named a 2023 Tewaaraton Legend of lacrosse. She also has enjoyed enormous success in the high school coaching ranks as a head coach at Penn Wood and currently as an assistant at Springfield.
