Episode Synopsis

Prosecutors allege Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. physically abused his teenage daughter several times from late 2023 into early 2024, including beating her unconscious with a broom and repeatedly punching her in the legs. He is also accused of telling her to lie about the abuse. KYW's John McDevitt was at day one of the trial on Monday, where the defense said Small is not guilty.
