Philadelphia police have arrested a 28-year-old man they say shot two people in the city's Olney neighborhood over the weekend, killing one of them.
Authorities say Hudhayfah Trice shot killed 25-year-old Michael Rivera and shot another man, a 28-year-old, who remains critically injured at the hospital.
It happened along Fairhill Street between 5th and 6th near Oteri’s Bakery just before 5 o'clock Saturday morning.
28-year-old Trice faces murder and attempted murder charges.
Officials say he had a loaded gun on him when he was arrested.
