There's no relief anytime soon for SEPTA riders who rely on Regional Rail. With Friday’s deadline approaching, SEPTA says it’s finished fire inspections on less than half of its Silverliner IV rail fleet. As of today, 98 of 223 cars have been inspected. More from KYW Newsradio’s Mike DeNardo.
