Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker’s signature affordable housing initiative will be delayed by several months because of changes City Council made to the program’s budget. The changes require a new bond authorization ordinance, which was introduced to council on Thursday. KYW’s City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb has more.
