Róbert Vass is a very successful, young man who specializes in international relations, and is the founder and president of GLOBSEC - a Slovakia based, think tank. For those of you who are not familiar with this subject, a think tank is an institute which performs research and advocacy, concerning topics such as social policy, political strategy, economics, military, technology, and culture.
