Listen "In the Elements with Rich Francis"
Episode Synopsis
Rich Francis had never cooked much before leaving a career in carpentry and ironwork to apply to Stratford Chefs School. Now, he works to challenge food tourism's idea of Indigenous food like bannock and indian tacos. Leaving the commercial kitchen behind and pushing past traumatic colonial influence, Rich wants to bring a 'sexy' flair to Indigenous fusion prepared in the elements.
