King's Way is currently pushing for people to sign-up to join small groups and to submit their names as people willing to lead small groups, but whether you are listening at the time we release this or months to years in the future, small groups will always be a part of our DNA. As stated in our fourth podcast in our Values series (episode 80), we believe that life change happens in small groups, whether we are making a coordinated effort to rope people into small groups at the moment or not.
