After years and YEARS of asking myself for the answers to "why I'm not ready" or "why I shouldn't start a podcast" and looking to my external environment i.e. the growth stage of my business or the age of the typical successful business owner to affirm my BS answers I was coming up with... 

I finally asked myself the right question: "Why can't those reasons actually be the reason I SHOULD start one... and the reason I should win!" 

My takeaway from this new question that I discovered... asking the right questions could be the key to unlocking our voice and our potential! You may not be ready to ask those questions yet, but if you continue thinking and poking at your "justifications" and (false) beliefs, you may come across that question. I challenge you to ask yourself, why can't those justifications AKA excuses, be your actual reasons for why you should!
