Bio – Hannah WebsteHannah Webster is a Welsh CrossFit athlete, writer and MS advocate, soon to be podcaster who specialises in stubbornness, humour and lifting heavy things with one working foot. After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, she swapped marathon running for adaptive CrossFit — and is now preparing to represent the UK at the 2025 Adaptive CrossFit Games Finals in Las Vegas.Her writing (including her MA in Creative Writing memoir project) digs into life, resilience and the messy middle between sport, illness and identity.
