She also talks about the fastest growing sport, pickleball. We know we talk about pickleball quite often on this show, so we decided to put a new spin on it and just talk...pickles! Sara Rawlings, our Marketing Production Manager, is here to give us some trivia, a small history lesson, and talks pickles around the world. She also mixes a pickle cocktail that we can say is very good. Here’s how to make it: 2 oz of Gin 3/4 oz of Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz Simple Syrup 2 oz Good Quality Dill Pickle Brine Soda Water Ice Pickle and Dill sprig for garnish Combine gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and pickle brine in shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Pour over ice and top off with soda water.
