Dr. Rachel Sorenson joins the podcast to discuss her research on imposter phenomenon. The Impostor Phenomenon is a psychological construct that causes high achieving and successful individuals to doubt their competence and accomplishments. Research is beginning to show that, as a group, music educators are highly susceptible to these feelings.
